Who We Are

The brother-sister team of Jeff and Dee Durham share extensive experience in Caribbean travel and management and marketing of vacation villas. Together the concept behind CharityVillas was developed, raising funds for charities while bolstering the bottom line of vacation villas.

Dee Durham, President

Dee has extensive experience in the non-profit arena. She has worked professionally as an Executive Director, for eight years at the statewide nonprofit, Preservation Delaware, Inc., and since late 2002 at S.A.V.E. Inc. At both of these organizations she established a significant revenue source in annual auction events. In addition, Dee is very much involved in community affairs as a volunteer, often chairing special events or raising funds through grant writing. Her volunteer involvement includes being Past President of the Junior League of Wilmington, and serving on the Boards of the Friends of Wilmington Parks, Preservation Action, Greater Brandywine Village Revitalization, Old Brandywine Village, and Wilmington Friends School. Dee is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Brandywine Chapter.

As co-owner of Aztec Copies in Wilmington, Delaware, Jeff has had extensive experience in developing marketing materials from concept to completion.
